Definition
What does "fast service" mean?
By "fast service" we mean any activity performed by our partners that is completed within a maximum of 60 minutes from the moment the order is confirmed, according to the terms established in the contract.
Limitation
Are there geographical restrictions?
Our services are available exclusively in the metropolitan area of Bucharest. For neighboring localities, the delivery time may be extended by up to 30 minutes.
Liability
Who is responsible for any damages?
Liability for the integrity of the products rests exclusively with the delivery partner until the moment of handover to the customer. After confirmation of receipt, any subsequent complaint cannot be attributed to ServiciiRapide.
Exception
What happens in case of force majeure?
Force majeure events (natural disasters, general strikes, legal restrictions) release ServiciiRapide from any obligation to deliver within the standard timeframe, without penalties.
Policy
How can I request a refund?
Refunds are processed only for orders unfulfilled due to the exclusive fault of our partner, within 14 working days from the date of the written notification sent to the email address info@mrporterdelivers.com.
